they don't even deserve one star. they show low price but they charge so many unknown fees cost you more than market value. after they sell car they won't help you about title issues. i did not receive my registration 1 month but they refuse to help.

I read other reviews and i think Prestige should be given some credit, people complain about minor stuff while not saying that they probably bought cars there a lot cheaper then maket value , I bought a 2013 MB e350 with 36k for $26500 similar car was offered to me at local MB dealer for $32000, was MB dealer service better? It sure was ...do i care ....after saving over$5000.... I don't....

These guys are a joke! I never write reviews but the rudeness I experienced pushed me to go out of my way to warn others. If this review helps just one person avoid these crooks, I did my job. Don't waste your time with Prestige (laughable name, such a contradiction). Plenty of other dealers in the area to consider for a better buying experience.

I wish I had seen the reviews before I purchased my car there. I must say this was the worst car buying experience for me. It's been way over a month and I'm still waiting on my registration. I called countless times abt my registration and they keep telling me "it's in the process, just a couple more days". Weeks went by and nothing. Not to mention the car consumes alot of oil!! Also they advertised a lower price online (like a little over $1000) which I thought was deceiving. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. Never again!! I definitely learned my lesson.

I bought a car from these jerks. Once my money was in there hand their attitudes changed I was no longer looked at as customer. They sold me a car and I've been there everyday since the purchase. the driver seat belt stopped working, my son got stuck in the seat belt in the back, there was a big bubble in one of the tires and they refused to change it, they didn't put gas in the vehicle (it was completely empty), they didn't want to give me detail/wash, etc. They assholes are the worst I've ever seen. I stopped by other dealerships to see about trading it in and mentioned Prestige and EVERYONE of them said "Oh I heard about them before". Horrible. Horrible service, horrible attitude, they are cheap and greedy. Take it from me and do yourself a favor and DO NOT SHOP THERE....they SUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
