I received excellent customer service from my salesman Mike Zeidan. He was very professional, well spoken, honest and very respectful. I was in a rough situation, needing to trade my current lease in early for a bigger vehicle to accommodate my family. Mike made it happen and was able to get me a great deal on a new 2015 Dodge Durango. The other dealerships I went to previously didn't even come close to the deal we made or the professionalism. I was very impressed with the way Mike conducted himself. He was never pushy or made me feel uneasy. He is very knowledgable and truly enjoys what he does. Mike was always there to help with any question I had and made the process quick and easy. In the finance department, Timothy Alston was very helpful and respectful as well. He made sure I knew everything I needed to know. Because of my great experience, I would recommend the Sansone Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram dealership and my salesman Mike Zeiden to any person looking for a new vehicle.

Wow! Are you looking for a Jeep? Look no further. The only people that want you in a Jeep as bad as you are the people at Sansone. I had the pleasure of having a true gentleman of a car salesman, Mike Zeidan. I came in looking for a new Wrangler and he stopped at nothing to make sure I got my wish. Mind you, having had bad experiences with other dealerships, I was not a fun person to deal with. Nevertheless, I left with a beautiful brand new Jeep Wrangler and I really felt like I got a great deal. I can’t say enough good things about Sansone, Mike , and his manager Ben.

Let me start my review by saying that I never left a dealership feeling so satisfied. My husband and I looked at each other and said...wow, this was too easy!!! What first impressed me were the smiles and friendliness of all the people, even those that were not involved in my sale. My experience started with Tareq Deeb who would help us or said he would get someone. In comes Jose B. with a smile and a great sense of humour, full of energy. Yes, we did do our homework before we went to Sansone. We knew exactly which van we wanted and with what features, We were fortunate that we found one right there on the lot, a beautiful red 2014 Dodge Grand Caravan. The financial part was taken care of by Mike Petkov who was so bright and helpful and made it all so easy. The whole process of buying our new car was orderly, friendly and most of all, we feel the price was right!!! Thank you to Tareq, Jose B and Mike for a job well done!!!

My husband and I had recently got into a auto wreck, and were looking into buying a used car. Upon browsing, we decided we needed a 4 door sedan. We were interested in paying around 450.00 for monthly payments. We entered Sansone dealership and Jonathon Cano pointed us to a used Dodge Charger. Initially we thought it was outside of our budget range and assumed the down payment would be to high to drive off the lot. But Jonathon and his manager Mike Petkov were not only able to work out a deal that stayed within our monthly budget, but we drove off the lot in a new 2012 red Dodge Charger.
