Sansone Hyundai: Please be careful here!!! NEW cars are marked up $3K for pinstriping and doorguards... As for me, They sold me a used 2014 Elantra GT car for $3K more than what was listed on the internet... They use hidden fees and gimmicks... Don't let them get you too!

Horrible Service! My best advise is to drive to another service. Thats what I do now.
Somebody broke into my car and stole my phone. I went Sansone Auto Chrysler Service right after to the vandalism incident. I asked customer service representative to use their phone to report the file. He said No :))

Anyway I let them to replace my window . They made 3 big dents and scratches inside of the door during job. Basically they gave more damages while fixing something. After I complained they said the dents and scratches are just on the interior side and doesn't look from outside :))

Horrible service...Just drive the next dealer

So I bought a car "certified car" 10 days ago and I've had to take it to service about 4 times already and it's still not fixed more things keep popping...... The people in Dodge service are very irresponsible rude and disrespectful. ... Bought an extended warranty that was supposed to start more than a week ago and for some reason that company has no idea about my contract... DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALER!!! It's full of lies

Nice and smily to.your face, as they try to syphon as much unearned money as possible out of you.

5 Stars??? Notice that many 5 star reviews of this place are from fake people. Most of the no photo reviewers can be searched for and are clearly Faaake lol Sansone auto mall is a thieving scam.

Gross behavior, schemy people. Heavily overpriced services. Scams all around. Pretending to send me emails of the diagnosis they said I must get, for some shady reason simply refusing to give me paperwork of work for which I already paid. Everyone a skevy salesman, with fake smiles and verified lies creeping through their teeth.

They also weaseled out of giving me papers about the "warranty" sidework they did to my car without my permission, and I suspect they may have damaged my car or committed a crime against me and didn't want me to have any proof.

I am going to take it to another mechanic to verify and or repair what they did. And I may be looking into legal representation as I suspect there was some serious foul play here. I will update my review if anything new comes up.

My advice is to stay clear of these people,, their goal is not value added services, but to exploit you for as much money as possible.

I really liked his work ethic and courteous behavior . It was a very warm and welcoming experience working with Mike.
And, he is not pushy...He will let you decide on your terms.
I definitely recommend Sansone Nissan.
