Terrible, lying people! I was selling my car online privately when a salesman from prestige impersonated an interested buyer and contacted me. He came to see my car and took a test drive and even agreed on a buying price for the car. Before everything was final he wanted his mechanic (at prestige) to look it over. Before I drove the half hour to the mechanic I made sure to ask if the cashiers check was ready (he said he had it). Once the mechanic was done looking it over I was offered a crazy low ball offer! Don't trust these scam artists!!

What a nightmare!! DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM HERE!

I purchased a 1500 ram and I was told the truck had a factory warranty. I had the truck for under 2 weeks and had an issue. I was told to take it to the dodge dealer since it was under warranty. Little did I know that since the truck was originally purchased in Canada and than resold in the US it looses the warranty. They offered to fix the problem but not the warranty. I stated that I wanted to return the truck twice and I was screamed at. They said we aren't taking it back and you cant do that.

I really should have read others reviews. They are nice when they want to to sell you something and impossible to deal with if you have a problem. Oh yea and I am writing a formal complaint to the NJ AG's office.

I was skeptical at first, but these guys really came through for me. Don't let the size or location put you off. Russell was very helpful as well as the finance manager. I was able to get a great deal on a great car with an extended warranty.

I bought my BMW X5 from Prestige Auto a few days ego. Had a great experience, pretty quick and easy. I came in on the 2010 X5 Black color but when I got there they have so many X5
I fell in love with the 2011 M package BMW it was a bit more money but I totally loved it.
My Salesman was Nathan he is Very professional explained me all the options and we test drove two cars.
Any body looking to buy a BMW X5 I highly recommend this dealership.
Next mouth I am looking forward to buying my wife a Mercedes GL-450 and coming to see Nathan they have around 30 of them on the Lot .

A few months ago we traded in a car, and bought another one. We wanted to keep our current plates, and made it very clear, at that moment they did not have a screwdriver handy to remove the plate form the old car, and we were told they plates will be there when we came back to get the registration paperwork. We were given 1 key to the new car, and told they would look for the 2nd key and give us a call. I called many times, showed up to the place, and nothing. The plates are missing (I am reporting them to DMV as stolen) and we never heard from the keys. At this point, I will never go back there, horrible customer service!!!
