Unfortunate when they sell you your car - service is lacking. Unlike their competitors, Jeep does not offer loaner cars when servicing your vehicle. Its extremely inconvenient for people with full-time jobs, if I was aware of this policy I would have never bought a Jeep.

Too bad for me.

Purchasing a car was not bad and I spent $95,000 on cars at Sansone just a few years ago. However, after using their phones to try to get any help, I will not spend another penny there. Their automated system using numbers off their website did not work several times for me today and in the past as well; the menu just keeps repeating after you make a selection. They told me today "it is being fixed"; I was told the same 3 years ago. Today, I finally got through to a call center person who told me to bring the car in at 4PM. When I asked about a loaner because I was concerned about there not being enough time to fix the car as it has a number of issues, I was initially told "they are open until 8"....and that would probably be enough time. I asked for a rental as I do not have 4 hours to sit and wait, and I was transferred from the call center to the dealership. Never has a company rep been so rude to me. The call began with her being terse and telling me the call was recorded as if she expected an argument; my only conclusion is that arguments over the phone with the poor customer service they provide is an everyday occurrence. When I started to speak and told her that I was told an extensive amount of work could be done by 8PM, I was basically called a liar and was told that the person I had just spoken to never said what she said. The person at the dealership spoke over me and tersely warned me repeatedly that the phone was recored and I had better listen to her; I said nothing wrong or inappropriate. I guess she was just trying to get me to accept her condescending tone? When I asked for a loaner, I was told only a rental would be possible (which I am fine with). I asked her to arrange a rental and quote me a price. The woman (already the second person in service I had spoken to) could not quickly arrange a rental, and could not tell me price except to say, "I think, like $40 a day or so." I asked for an exact price, and was lectured again. When I tried to respond she must have put the phone down without telling me, as she did not respond to my questions for about a minute. That was the end of my call, and my relationship with Sansone.

Simple suggestions for Sansone:
1. If you put phone numbers on the internet and have call centers and phone menus, make sure they work and do not just keep repeating menus and dropping calls after selections are made
2. If a customer asks about a rental price, and you have a "no loaner, rental only policy", the service people should know the price of a rental and be able to quickly set one up.
3. Teach employees the following: Customers are calling for service from you, not be insulted or treated poorly. And, they want service quickly.

Suffice it to say, that dealing with this dealership regarding service over the phone was a clown show. I am ashamed to have spent so much money there in the past. Had I known that the subsequent treatment I would get a few years later would be so poor, I would have bought somewhere else. I choose to never spend a nickel there again.
