I can't say enough about the Diamond Exchange! My husband and I are longtime customers and continue to return to them because of their high quality jewelry and amazing customer service. Kiki is the best! She is the utmost professional and pays attention to every detail. The Diamond Exchange designed our wedding jewelry over ten years ago and recently redesigned my two bands and engagement ring after they were lost. I just picked up the new rings and they are absolutely exquisite - thank you Kiki, Tony, George and the rest of the staff!!! My husband and I could not be happier! You will not go wrong in choosing them to create your dream jewelry!

If you are looking for quality merchandise & a pleasant experience - STAY AWAY FROM THE DIAMOND EXCHANGE ON ROUTE 17 IN PARAMUS, NJ. I first came to the Diamond Exchange to look at engagement rings with my now husband. I am thankful I was able to get a lesson in diamonds from another jeweler, because the diamond Kiki showed us had a large, VISIBLE imperfection dead center. She was telling us the quality was amazing, and charging more than other places for the same cut and size. While we did not buy the engagement ring from here, we did go back for my wedding band due to their "highly recommended" custom orders. Our wedding was February 22nd, 2014. My ring was scheduled to be completed at the end of December. December came and went without a phone call. I reached out to this company a total of 8 times between January 2nd and February 21st only to be met with giggles and excuses as to why the ring was not completed. FEBRUARY 21st, at 4:30PM (The evening BEFORE my wedding day) the ring was finally "ready". Upon pickup, I requested to speak with Tony, the owner. Tony refused to come out from behind his mirrored back room. As much as I requested to speak with him, the employees said there was nothing they could do. In pity, they offered me a $100 gift card that (for over an hour) they refused to apply to my balance owed.

I was late to my own wedding rehearsal at the church and a I was a complete stressed out mess. All the employees of The Diamond Exchange (Including Kiki) did was laugh, and say "I have no authority".

You can guarantee I, as well as my family and friends, will never go back to this company again for any kind of jewelry. I should have known since day one that they do not know how to run a trustworthy business. I have sure learned my lesson now.

Just as a side note to The Diamond Exchange on Rt. 17 in Paramus, NJ: Customer service goes a long way. If I was contacted in a timely manner and properly explained the situation as to the delay of my wedding band, I would not be as ashamed of your company as I am right now. Being met with giggles when trying to solve a problem is the last thing that any customer wants to encounter. Also, Tony should have the common decency to come out and speak directly to his customers if requested, especially if there is a problem.

Customer service is a learned trait. There are many classes to train both yourself as an Owner/Manager, as well as your employees. This is absolutely something I would recommend to your company.

I have already informed everyone close to me of my experience.

Excellent service and extremely friendly and calm no high pressure no fast taking swindlers, prices are much cheaper then zales and other big name places. I would definitely recommend this place.

At first glance, the place is amazing. They are cordial and use a family style sales technique. In the competitive arena of low-middle price range, they offer a less intimidating experience than one the exchanges on route four. They offer decent quality at fair prices, but don't be fooled into believing you are receiving exceptional value. Take note of the large yellow chandeliers in their diamond store. There is a reason why establishments such as Cartier, Tiffany, & Harry Winston keep their stores simple and primarily in led lighting. To truly show you the color of the stone. Diamonds can only be contrasted against white as to show you the true color. Also be cautious of Kiki. She is very sweet at first, but challenge her and find out who she really is. Their diamonds do not compare on other respective diamond grading scales. Meaning they push lower quality items to unsuspecting, uneducated consumers. If your budget is over 15k, you'll be fine. If your ok with decent quality for fair prices this place is for you. If you want exceptional & genuine go somewhere else. Just be cautious. At least for me the ability to trust my jeweler is my number one priority. I unfortunately did do business with them and learned the hard way. Remember diamonds and sales are forever in this industry.

All I have to say is this: Gentlemen, if you go anywhere other than The Diamond Exchange in Paramus NJ to purchase diamonds or any high quality jewelry for that special someone in your life then you are doing yourself, your loved one and your wallet an injustice! I first met Kiki, about four years ago when my buddy was purchasing an engagement ring. I was so impressed at the way the entire staff treated us that I decided that I would purchase an engagement ring there one day. Fast forward three years and there I was. I told Kiki everything I wanted and my budget. Not only did they give me everything I asked for and more, but they came in well under budget. Compared to all other rings that our friends and family members have, my wife's is the largest, most clear and sparkles the most out of all of them. Since that day, I have purchased another ring for my wife and a set of diamond earrings that, again, the diamond exchange came in well under budget. I cannot say enough about Kiki, Stacy and George. You will not be disappointed.
