Absolutely disgusting terrible service! STAY AWAY FROM SIR MARSHALL. Extremely rude, crass, scammer, I went in to buy my fiancee to be ring and he told me to stop wasting time and just buy it!!! I asked him may I see the agreement before I buy and he refused . He is the BEST example of a HORRIBLE EMPLOYEE. I took my 12k and went to another jewler instead. He should be FIRED.

Love the staff, they are all amazing and great and extremely helpful in all kinds of way!! Definitely a go to place for Any kinds of jewelry:)

The negative reviews that I read about this place were definitely true! The sales girl was pushy, snooty and obnoxious.

Valerie and the Jewelry Repair Service team are awesome, not only did they immediate stopped what they were doing to fix a mistake caused by competitor, they did so with a smile. I thought my piece was beyond repair but rather than send me away disappointed, Valerie persevered and found a creative solution. Thank you again Valerie, you're the best, please keep up the great work!

I bought my daughter charms online and the store on Route 4 said could not take online returns. They gave her a very hard time and would NOT take them back. The sales person was super rude. I don't know how they keep people like that but they have terrible customer service.
