I bought a quite expensive couch and they delivered it in the wrong fabric color! since the delivery I have been trying to reach the store manager Marianne by phone and email without any success. My husband and I left several messages and no one returns the calls.
I used to have the best customer service in Singapore where I lived before. But the service here is the worst ever. I would never recommend the brand or this shop to anyone. I'm still trying to sort out the issue. I hope I don't have to take the legal route.

BoConcept Paramus store suck the owner Peter is rude nasty and he makes you wait for your furniture if you do not agree with him he also hangs up on you there is absolutely no communication my experience was so bad I am complaining to BBB. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE FROM THE OWNER TO THE DELIVERY GUYS. THE OWNER LIES TO YOU AFTER HE TAKES YOUR MONEY!!

Overpriced IKEA garbage. Bought 3 pieces and two fell apart within a year. Furniture is assembled the same as Ikea stuff, lasts half as long and costs 4x as much.
