This place is HORRIBLE!!! look at their views even in Yelp. all these fake comments seem to be coming out of their friends. All they care about is making their "numbers" and "sales", they do not care about helping you and understanding your needs. once you buy the car, they'll hammer you with all these warranties that you "must" get. The price you negotiate, they'll scheme it in the documents by increasing the price. THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE! please visit OTHER toyota dealership, this dealership will provide you with false information. Please do NOT BELIEVE ANYTHING THEY TELL YOU!!! I AM REGRETTING EVER VISITING THEM!!!!!

Sansone Toyota was the first and only dealership I visited when purchasing my first brand new car last year and again last month, when my car was recently totaled in auto accident. After meeting both Charlie Czerniawski and Olu Olubanjo, I soon realized I was getting the best deal possible and didn't need to go anywhere else. They made the car buying process easy and provided me with exceptional customer service. Charlie especially treated my father and I like members of his family. He talked everything through with us and made sure I was completely comfortable with the car before I made my final decision. Even when I had to recently purchase my car again, it was an even better experience than the first. Charlie is truly one of the best and most accommodating Sales Managers at the dealership. He has always been available to speak with when I have a question or need assistance and makes me feel like I am a number one priority.

When buying a car - you are always a little nervous - especially when your a female. My nervousness changed quickly with the help of the amazing people at Sansone Toyota. My mom and I were introduced to Charlie, the General Manager - he was very friendly and completely put my mom and I at ease! His great sense of humor and fun personality made the experience much more enjoyable and was there every step of the way. Charlie introduced us to Jorge who was our actual salesperson. Jorge made sure all of our requests were met...as best he could.

The entire team made us feel comfortable and made the new car purchase an enjoyable one. Everything they promised, they came through with - which wasn't my experience at a different dealership.
