Please be careful here!!! NEW cars are marked up $3K for pinstriping and doorguards... As for me, They sold me a used 2014 Elantra GT car for $3K more than what was listed on the internet... They use hidden fees and gimmicks... Don't let them get you too!

Brought a 2013 Hyundai Sonata back in May 2015 , when driving off the lot the car started making weird noise everytime I turned a corner . I let a few managers & my salesman aware of the sound came to get it fix WASNT covered under my warranty & they charged $468 for a car I drove of the lot making that noise !! now today Sept 21.2015 I'm at the service department my third time here & it's clear these guys don't know how to work on cars . I made one complaint about my car making noise from the passenger side ,it went from the links to wheel bearing. Everytime I bring my car here i always ends up coming back so they can fix what they broke !! Very upset & not pleased with them !!!

Would give a Negative or zero. Went tonight to see a few cars that I have been doing my research on. I scheduled an appointment and told them. I had printed out an accent for 13K and wanted to see this car. Before I could even tell the salesmen this information he had a manager in my face and my mothers face telling me "500 a month, its a steal." also mind you they hadn't shown me a car or let me test drive. 500 a month, to sign and drive tonight, without looking, driving or anything. I am sorry do you think I'm an idiot? Salesmen was trying to push an elantra on me, and when I asked if he had Accent's he said no, even though I had something printed they did. I would assume that they don't treat customers who aren't women like this. I'll be taking my service elsewhere.

Had the worse experience of my life leasing a car at this place. they put the car under my friend's name when he just offered to be my co-signer. now because they already have our signature nobody cares about my worry to change back to my name, they just say ( well you already signed). hate this people, went to the manager 3 times and treated me like if a was retarded. he gave a fake lease so I can put the insurance under my name, if one day a get into trouble because of that. they all better get their responsibility.
