Unbelievable! I called to simply get my prescription.
Marilyn (who otherwise is great) refused to provide this to me because she states --> it expired about a year ago and it's illegal to use!
As if this is some sort of Narcotic smuggling ring! lol
Three days later I tried and they immediately faxed it to me.
Suffice to say they lost a customer that spends $4,000 every two years on glasses to match suits!
Otherwise, great selection & service... just skip the moron Marilyn.
