Jackson Hole

We were a large group, but the service was polite and quick, the food arrived hot and tasty, and everyone left full. It's not a bargain here by any means, which is the biggest downside. But the diner-atmosphere and large menu make for a pleasant experience.

The best drinks made by a boy Anthony and the food is always fresh and delicious no other place to get a burger in New York than Jackson hole.

I"m here in NYC again, First stop is Jackson Hole! I can"t help myself to order a juicy cheeseburger freshly made, Well done is the way I eat it....it's alway so delicious and well cooked I don't know how there keep it so juicy. Service always top notch for a casual dining, aim to please. If you love burgers It's 's a must have when in NYC. Is definitely not a tourist trap

Ordered take out.
First the burger: ordered burger medium-well, checked before I left and had to send back because it was well done and grey. I knew to check because my order was ready much too quick and I assumed it was rare. Unfortunately this is a place that keeps burgers cooking on the grill so you get whatever they want to give you so that they can save time. The replacement burger was also done in under 4 minutes (you can't cook a fresh burger that quick) so, these are NOT fresh burgers, you are getting pre-cooked, re-heated meat or, at best, what I mentioned previously about getting whatever they give you because they just have stuff cooking and don't care what you ordered.

The fires: Wow, these are some of the worst fries I have ever had. They have a chemical smell and taste that is off-putting and, they are soggy and greasy, inedible

Service: The girl at the register (the tall thin girl), was tired and/or unfriendly. I'm not expecting sugary BS but, at least don't treat me like I did something wrong that makes taking my order and my money distasteful to you.
I have friends who say you shouldn't judge servers in restaurants because they might just be having a bad day. Well, none of these friends have ever worked in the service industry. I have, and I know that if I treat my customers poorly, they are going to have a bad experience and not want to hire me again, or come to my restaurant, which effects all the other people I work with, not just me.

Came here a few months ago with my boyfriend in hopes of a decent meal. We walked in and stood for a few minutes before anyone even considered to seat us. We tried to talk to the men behind the counter, but they stared at us blankly. By then I was already irritated with the service until a waitress finally seated us after what seemed like more than five minutes. We soon ordered our food (salad, fries, burger and drinks) and waited. What we ordered was not worth the wait.The meal did not even come close to the word "decent". The only thing edible were the fries.They DO NOT know how to make burgers or salads. The burger patty didn't even taste like meat and it was bland. The salad looked like huge chunks of chopped vegetables mixed in a large bowl. Do they know what a salad is? Have they seen a salad? We told the waitress we wanted our money back for the burger and salad and we were luckily able to leave this place (without paying for that awful mess) before bearing with the food any longer. They only thing that was decent was the coke. BIG disappointment!

I would steer clear of this place!

went here the day after i certified as a PC tech a few years back, i remember it clear as day, winter 2012. my step dad would tell me how famous this place is and how huge the burgers are. i was very excited since i love food and love to try all kinds of food out. i ordered a burger with blue cheese i believe well anyways the burger was really big but to tell you the truth the burger was the most tasteless burger ive had in my life! its as if the chef never seasoned it, other then that the black and white shake was GODLY. i would rate this spot 2* but that shake was way to good so it gets 3*
