I found a hair in my muffin and when I complaint about it. They told me" that is normal and it is part of nature " and instead of saying sorry, they were discussing it...bad customer service

Delicious cookies and scones in fun and open atmosphere. While the coffee-pastry staple, croissants, don't quite warrant the double wait at next-door Joe's and here, the other pastries most certainly do!
