I am totally disappointed in regards to the service and even more so the treatment, or should I say the mistreatment we received from this shop and the owner. I can't believe a reputable company such as Gieco would risk there reputation by referring clients to such an establishment. This shop was supposed to repair my rear bumper after an accident. Long story short... I had some concerns about the job that was done, along with paper work that needed to be filled out for my insurance company , which the shop owner refused to address or assist me with. Not only were they rude and nasty, they were dismisive and accused my husband of trying to scam them in some way. As if being hit from behind wasn't bad enough, I feel violated all over again. Save yourself the trouble and the headache, patronize an establishment that will respect you as well as your business.

After getting multiple texts about the progress on my car, I called to find out what was going on and was told to ignore the texts and they "wished they would stop sending them out." When I picked up my car, they told me if there were any issues that I should bring it back. The Power Steering and StabiliTrak warning lights came on when the car was started and needed to be serviced and my backup camera was not aligned properly. I brought it back and was told that I needed to go to the dealer instead of them guaranteeing their repairs.

While stopped at a stop light I was the victim of a hit and run that left me with a destroyed bumper. I took my car to Wayside because it's close to public transportation and they have on site car rental. They replaced my bumper and took all of the other casualties of owning a car in the city. 5 days later I returned to a brand new car!! I couldn't stop smiling- my car was SHOWROOM PERFECT! It was better than I expected. I tried to prank the owner by pretending to be a dissatisfied customer- his response made me a customer for life. The owner is the quintessential definition of a respectable local business man! The entire staff was polite, courteous and professional. The price wasn't cheap- but worth every single penny!!! I hope I never need auto body repair again- but If i do, this is where I will go.
