TOM CINELLI from Ford Lincoln of Queens is a biggest CROOK. He's been in this business for a long time and must be ashamed of his life because of the things that he had done in the past. I couldn’t stand his dishonesty, lies and his arrogance.

TOM CINELLI is bringing down the reputation of this place. If you ever hear the name THOMAS CINELLI…Run as fast as you can. If you have no choice, make sure you check the numbers on the papers triple times and than check again!!!

Well i went to this ford lincoln dealership when they first opened. At the time i was looking at possibly buying a ford explorer. The salesman asked me when would i be buying a car and i told him that i have to research first to see what would be best for me. His response was that no one researches or takes long to buy a vehicle. At that point i walked out. I bought a mazda instead. This time i went back because i was told that they had change the staff there. My second visit to this dealership was just as bad as the first. I always inspect that car that i am interested in to make sure that it is the vehicle that i want. One of the things i do is open the hood to see the layout of the engine and related components. The salesman then tells me not to open the hood of the car that i am looking at. I guess this dealership just wants you to buy without checking to see that it is what you are looking for. I guess i will be going back to long island to buy my ford. At least there they don't harass you like they do here. My advice to any customer looking for a ford. You get better treatment at the dealerships in long island.

Tom Cinelli went far beyond any other dealer's representative in making the sale to us. We had previously bought two Ford's from another dealership in Manhattan, which went out of business. The sales person had moved to another dealership which made the initial pitch. But that dealership tied his hands and the service there was not up to standards. We therefore did an Internet search for either the Ford Fusion Hybrid or the Lincoln MKZ. The various incentives made us choose the Lincoln. Tom kept in touch via email, text and phone and delivered the car to us in Manhattan. The little extras that the dealership allowed him to tag on, made the difference in getting our business. We always hope to maintain long relationships with vendors and it is our hope that Tom and Queens Lincoln/Ford will continue to do that little extra! Thank you.

Antone was excellent in helping up get our vehicle. He was very patient and answered all of our questions and was so nice! He walked us through step by step, leaving no questions unanswered and even offered advice on how to get a better value. Highly recommend!!

I really liked the way all that worked there take care of you. Went in without the idea of not buying a car but they way they explained and answered all my answers made me to lease a new fusion without hasle and headaches. When yiu go in ask for Anton. He will do anything possible to help you get what you want.
