Amazing food, felt like heaven when I tasted the chicken tikka. The Chinese menu is crazy too. Was worried initially about the delivery because of the reviews but the delivery was very quick. Later found out that it's a new management.

Now as just Tawa Wok with whole new ownership and celebrated chefs. Incredible Indo-Chinese menu, Thai Menu and North Indian Dhaaba favorites.

Placed an order at 8pm with an estimated 30-45 minute wait.
After an hour, we called again to check in, and were told our driver needed 20 minutes.
30 minutes later, we called and they said our driver was "out."
10 minutes later, I found a single text message on my phone saying "delivery downstairs."
2 minutes later, I found the delivery guy in our apartment building's entrance. He appeared to be stoned beyond belief, and yelled at me about how he was trying to call us for 30 minutes. Super agitated and... well. Possibly high.

I ordered food at 7:25 and was told 30-45 minutes. I called at 8:30 and they assured me "it just left". I called again at 9:00 and was rushed off the phone twice before a 3rd call when I was told the food was on its way. It is now 9:34 and I just got off the phone with them again and once again the food just left.
This has been by far the most unpleasant experience I have had ordering food. Avoid this place at all costs.

The Hyderabadhi gosht, chicken saagwala, and tandoori chicken all of them are the best in Jersey city.
I highly recommend this place !
