Service is horrible and it took almost 15 minutes to make my iced latte and the donuts wasn't even fresh, It's crusty. Lack of service.

The service is atrocious. More than three people in line and only one person serving. It took 10 minutes for service while there were other staff in store doing nothing. The store served stale begels (may be from previous day) - the worse I have ever had from Dunkin Donuts.

They Used old stuff. They use old bagels, muffins and everything. I ordered plain bagel. But one lady gave me very hard bagel and i can’t eat that. I think the bagel was 2 days old. I hate it. Close this location

Absolutely the worst I tried to call up to get information to order 200 donuts for a company event no one answers thel phone and no one calls back when you going to the the store they won't even talk to you about it they should close this location

THE GIRL AT THE REGESTER WITH THE BEIGE SHIRT THATS ALWAYS THERE IS SO RUDE. I ASKED FOR AN COFFEE, SHE GAVE ME A ANOTHER DRINK WHICH IS FINE. I WAS IN A RUSH SO HONESTLY DIDNT CARE. HOWEVER, WHEN I ASKED IF THIS WAS FOR ME BECAUSE I ORDERED A REGULAR COFFEE AND DIDNT WANT TO TAKE ANOTHER CUSTOMERS SHE SAID IN A LOUD TONE INFRONT OF OTHER CUSTOMERS, " YOU TOLD ME THATS WHAT YOU WANTED! I EVEN REPEATED AND ASKED!" I DONT UNDERSTAND WHY SHE WAS SO ANGRY, RUDE AND LOUD. IT WAS JUST A SIMPLE QUESTION. I GO EVERYDAY & SHES ALWAYS LIKE THAT. BUT TODAY WAS JUST CRAZY. MAYBE SHES JUST HAVING A BAD DAY. OR BAD WEEK.
