The Chick-fil-A at Newport Centre mall is a huge let down when it comes to service. I am very familiar with Chick-fil-A, but this location fails in the area of service. All other locations ask "how may I serve you today?" Here it's like any other fast food store. They barely greet you and ask for your name. If you expect a refill at any other Chick-fil-A, the employees will ask, but here you have to catch someone looking or yell to get them to acknowledge you, then tell them you would like a refill. The manager is more concerned about passing out sandwiches than actually serving guests. I like Chick-fil-A for the service as much as the food. Chick-fil-A is great for both food and service. Newport Centre mall Chick-fil-A is just a place to get a cheap sandwich. This is not what Chick-fil-A is supposed to be. If this is the only one you have visited, Chick-fil-A normally goes above and beyond any expectation for fast food restaurants. This is my 5th or 6th time at this location and all my visits have been the same. Enjoy cheap sandwiches, not Chick-fil-A.

Chick-fil-A food is amazing! This location is a classic food court version and provides quick service. I had the classic #1 meal which is their original Chick-fil-A sandwich, signature waffle fries and drink. Amazing taste at a reasonable price.

Cheap food but tastes and looks like quality food. Expect 5-10 min to wait in line, order, and get food.
