There's one barista in particular who really know how to make a good cup of coffee - so much so - that I go to this one specifically (though there are a few others within blocks) because I know I'll get my coffee exactly how I like it. He's really great at Customer Service and conversational skills ♡ I hope he stays on his current shift, otherwise I'm going elsewhere.

Just because there is a little snow outside, Starbucks is incapable of opening even though the other businesses on the same block are open. I'm sick of Starbucks not opening the morning after it snows, there is zero excuse other than lazy and incompetent regional management. I am never going to Starbucks again, not this one, not any one in this city. Hello Coffee Bean.

Ordered a vanilla latte, but got a plain latte. Unfortunately, I was already on the metro before I tasted it. Avoid this location!
