They ask you how much ice cream you would like to order at the cashier and then tell you how much you need to pay. They turn the screen to you and ask you how much tip you want to put in. The choices are 15%, 20%, 25%. So far there is no ice cream in sight. WTF? I have to tip you to get a cone of ice cream? Tip for what? This kind of bs only happens in NYC.

Having been to their London location, there is definitely a difference in taste. This location still designs it nicely but the taste remains subpar. I have tasted better gelato in the city.
