We actually loved the place a lot. The food was delicious and its price was reasonable, the environment was beautiful and the service was great too.

Since Starbucks took over this place it lost the mission and direction . No longer feels like a real Tea Store . Very Expensive.

The staff was extremely helpful , knowledgeable and patient. The selection of teas were plentiful, flavorful.

This was my first visit to the store, wanting to pick up some black tea, but walked out with lots of assortments and gadgets. They made a number of suggestions, and because of their personal attention and knowledge, I bought a lot of stuff, and am completely satisfied.

I recommend this store to everyone.
