I had a horrible experience at sephora in the Newport Centre. Everyone here is so mean and rude. The manager does not care about the customers. She was rude to my mom and me.

I LOVEEEE Sephora, don't get me wrong. BUT I would recommend not going to the one in Newport Centre because the manager has attitude and she should not be like that, especially with customers. The girls in this sephora try to convine you do let them do your make-up for a special event at your house or theirs (on the down low) which is against the stores policies.
PLEASE BE SMART AND NOT GO TO THIS SEPHORA.
AT LEAST BE SMART ENOUGH TO GO TO ONE LOCATED ELSE WHERE.
HORRIBLE SERVICE, GIRLS, AND MANAGER AT THIS ONE!!!!!!
