They will spend more time selling shoe padding than actual shoes. Customer service staff is very unprofessional and rude.
Shoe selection poor as well. No return no exchange even if the shoe is defective. I had to call their corporate customer service office to resolve a simple issue that could have been handled easily in the store.
You are better off going to Foot Lockers downstairs in the mall. They have better staff and more choices and if shoes do not fit you can exchange easily.
