Had a h*ll of a hard time trying to fine two pair of shoes and was told by customer service to try calling their stores. My first call was to the Jersey City store and got a very nice fellow (Edwin), Please give this guy a raise.
He checked his stock and they were not available at the store so he checked his warehouse. Both were available & he would send them directly to my home, with free delivery! Oh, he also gave me the 2 for
$99 price.
Thats why I like Clarks, Very nice people who are willing to help!
