Sears

Do NOT come here avoid at all cost. Do Not purchase Samsung tv model #UN55JU6500FXZA from here. I purchased one on 02/16/16 because they had a great deal for presidents day sale and at home I unpacked it and turned it on and immediately found blue spots and lines on the screen. Then on 02/22/16, I returned to Sears and exchanged it for another one and when I got home and unpacked it found the same problem. Then on 02/28 I returned to the store to explain to them the problem on the 2nd tv and they said it looked perfectly fine and that if I wanted to return the TV to Sears I would have to pay a 15% overstock fee and that it was Samsungs problem. These people are not about the customer at all. They seem as if I was not being truthful and did not take my word for it. So now I am stuck with a damaged product. This place is scamming people and selling bad products.

Wow! I asked for a lightbulb then the staff pointed at an empty shelf.. Guess what? There are two small light bulbs in that entire shelf!! Ridiculous!! Stop and shop has better selection of light bulbs even though it is a grocery

can only chime in and say that i too suspect they don't have it together over there. i've called 10 times, gone through every avenue of their terrible terrible automated phone system and cannot get a person! it just rings and eventually disconnects. someones not answering their phones! i googled to make sure i was getting the right number/info and came across these reviews. NO brick and mortar store of any repute should have these alarming reviews sitting here. I was calling to pick up a $500 tv from them for $300 (floor model), but after this experience, i could never feel confident dealing with a company that conducts themselves like this and will end up going w/ amazon most likely for over $550. thats how strong the bad feeling is - lord forbid i actually have a problem with the tv, the last people i want behind the product is these clowns!!! I want to call your store and talk to someone for 2 minutes - not dick around with a POS automated machine for 30 minutes. get it together
