OMG. These people are so rude. I wish I had a corded phone so I hang up on them.
One simple question, the girl who picked up the phone, couldn't answer without getting attitude.

Omg, these people will outright lie about services and features to make a commission. Tmobil placed spyware on my phone to retrieve all my passwords, installed a key logger, and with my 14 day return contract acted like they were not trained to process a refund leaving me stuck with a service that changed my exp. In the first few days. I had countless phones replaced with HTC being the worst software on a phone. Trust, these illiterate drop outs ate lucky if they know what spyware is.
