Well, they were friendly. Initially, I was told it would cost about $110 to check and fix what may be wrong with my car. However, after waiting 4-5 hours for my car to be finished I find out they charge for how long it took to fix my car. This annoyed me because the charge was double what I expected. And I was not offered to take the survey they were offering others. I wonder why.

I just traded in my 2011 nissan maxima into this lovely 2016 Mitsubishi Outlander! I tell you was i need for a family vehicle and this vehicle and dealership caught my attention driving by. I figured why not stop here? People i tell you. My experience here was phenomenal! All the managers were very caring they helped me out, told me everything in detail step by step! I appreciate that and this is why i took my time to write this review. Experience, attention, integrity, sincerity this is what made me go home happy with my vehicle. Thank you guys!!!

My experience at paramus mitsubishi was excellent. The service I recieved was above my expectations, the employees there made purchasing my new car quick and easy.

After vising the service department yesterday, I feel so compelled to write a review about this dealer. We bought a 2002 Montero Limited back in 2001 from the original Maywood Mitsubishi, so it is 14 years that we have owned this vehicle, the vehicle has been taken care of throughout the years and after 14 years, I am still happy with this car and do not want to trade it for anything else, I don't use this vehicle for work, I only use it for local driving, in the past year, we only added 4K miles, the total mileage is 147K miles, in the past two years, several maintenance type of work has been done, we have spent about $3K in the past 3 years, in full tune ups, new tires, new break system, new oil seals, hoses and pan, and the list goes on and on, the car runs smoothly and really, does not make any major noises, I have taken the car to the Ramsey Mitsubishi dealer for oil changes, back in March of 2015 and just yesterday and both times, they have tried to tell me that the car needs over $2000 and $3000 worth of work, and have pointed out things that were done recently and for which I have receipts for, they tried to tell me that the timing belt and the coolant fluid and the break fluid was all original, when these things were recently replaced, they are liars and untrustworthy people, I will never ever take the car for service there again, and even though we are happy with having owned a Mitsubishi car, and my first inclination is to trade it in eventually for another Mitsubishi car, I will NEVER EVER buy a car from this people again, they should be shut down and prosecuted for plainly trying to steal people's money, you literally leave their service department feeling that your car is about to break down on the road, I guess if they see you have an old car, no matter the condition that is in, they feel they can scam you into all kinds of repairs regardless whether you need them or not, I literally left the dealer feeling they probably did something to my car because I didn't agree to do any of the services they told me I needed, what they didn't realized is that I have receipts for every single service work that has been done to the car, with mileage and dates, so for them to tell me that I need to replace the timing belt and water pump, when It was recently done, is outrageous beyond limits, I hope that by me writing this article, if you haven't taken your car to this service department before, you think twice about it, if you have been here before and they tell you, you need all kinds of repairs, definitely take the car to another place for a second opinion, but Please do not give in to the extortion and scamming ways!

Went to purchase a car. Manager was nasty, rude and very disrespectful. He refused to provide me with information and said I should look online. "The dealership is only meant to purchase, come back when your ready" he said.

I took a business card to write down the prices and while writing, he pulled it away. After asking to please rewrite the info, he tore off a scrap piece of paper, no bigger than a business card and told me to use that or toilet paper.

I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.

There i a better nicer one about 20 minutes south.
