Living in Paramus for about 6 years always drove by Ashley furniture because my first and last visit was not good. Meaning choices were not to my liking.. so I never re-visited. But we recently moved and, well, decided to STOP in. Wow! Their line up of furniture changed since my last visit. Immediately walked in & saw bedroom set I HAD TO HAVE - few seconds , approached by a nice woman rep.w/beautiful smile - Talin Toroslar. This fabulous woman has a serious passion for furniture as a her dad used to own his own furniture store so Talin was passionate and explain in detail how furniture was made, where materials came from and how Ashley donates mattress to charity - great causes. Talin was perfect to us - we are most happy with her incredible knowledge, her sincere personality overall the excellent experience at Ashley Furniture She is aware we will be returning for our living room set. Highly Recommend Ashley's, Paramus location but most of all TALIN TOROSLAR...

My wife and I found a $70 foot stool we liked so we attempted to buy it. The sales person said no - it was not in stock and had to be delivered. So we asked to buy the floor model. The salesperson said no. Then we asked to order the item and we'll come back to pick it up. No. Three strikes so far. Our only option was to order it and have it delivered for $50. That's $50 on a $70 item! So we said we were no longer interested. Then the salesperson said she would try to get approval for in-store pickup and would call us with the answer. Hours later we were in a restaurant and got the call. Guess what - she got approval - surprise surprise. All we had to do was drive back to the store to give our credit card. So that would be three car trips including the final pickup when finally available. We did not want to go thru that trouble so we asked if we could give the credit card over the phone. No again. Asked why? Security issues. I asked what security issues. She said for our protection. I said there are millions of stores that take credit cards over the phone. Still no. Needless to say we did not buy the item, they did not close the sale and we will never go to Ashley again.

The salesman at this Ashley Furniture was very nice and accommodating. He knew just when to step in to provide us with information, but also could tell when my husband wanted him to back off so we could take the time to think about things. We had been to another Ashley's where we felt very pressured by the salesman, and our experience at the Paramus store was much more pleasurable. The sleeper sofa we bought is both modern and classic, and is the perfect fit for our apartment. It is very comfortable and appears to be of good quality. The deliverymen were very nice and set up the couch quickly and painlessly. Overall a very good experience.

My husband and I were shopping for a full set of family room furniture. We were actually looking at R&F but couldn't find anything we really liked. So we decided to check out some additional stores. The first one was Ashley and we were greeted promptly and shown around...when I needed some design tips and layout the salesperson brought me another salesperson to help me. So we had two salespeople, Ken and Hunter, which was great!! Both very professional and knowledgeable. We continued to shop a few other stores but went back to Ashley to purchase a 7 pc set, great value and on sale!!! I don't normally like the tables and lamps they put together with the sofa but it was so stylish for a change and was delivered yesterday...its beautiful in its new setting..delivery guys were also professional and helpful with arranging the set after unpacking. Thank you Ashley..I would definitely recommend and also purchase here again.

I went to Ashley Furniture Home Store to purchase new furniture for my new apartment. I was please with the selection they had and the service. I was greeted when I entered the store and the sales associate was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. All the furniture I purchased which included a living room set with tables, pillows and carpet, two bedroom sets and mattresses, and a dining table and chairs are all made with excellency. I would highly recommend Ashley Home Store.
