Chrysler Dodge Jeep of Paramus

I leased my wife a new Jeep Grand Cherokee on 1/29/16. At first I was very happy with the deal I made with Greg Frey and his manager Carlos. When my wife arrived to sign the paperwork it took nearly 3 1/2 hours to get the car. I was issued temporary NJ plates and was told it will take about a week to get the NY plates transferred to the new vehicle. The temporary plate was good until 2/17 so I was not concerned. After about a week went by I notified Greg about the new registration progress. He said he would find out what the hold up was. I informed him that I was leaving for vacation and need the registration by 2/12. After numerous texts and phone calls he said he could not get the registration till some time the following week. I was upset and told him I need to have it so my wife can drive the car without getting a ticket. Finally he called me back and said it was delivered on 2/17. I was on vacation and asked him to express mail it so I can have it on Saturday so my wife can use the car. I did not hear from him until I called again and he said he could not express mail it because it was not their policy. He said I would have to pay the $23 charge. I was outraged and called his manager Carlos and he gave me the same story. How can he ask me to pay the charge when it took him 2 1/2 weeks to get my registration and leave my wife without use of her car for 4 days. This is not the way to treat a new customer and I will never be back to that dealership again. It is so unprofessional and incompetent to act in this way. I guess after the deal was signed they really don't care about finishing their part of the contract.

My wife and I dealt with Tim Sweeny at the dealership. We had a unique problem in that we had just bought another vehicle from the same salesman, and it was totaled within a week of getting it, so we were trying to get the paperwork done to pay the old one while starting the papers for the new one. Tim bent over backwards to help us get through this sale as quickly as possible. He worked so hard that when we went to sign the new paperwork the finance manager wanted to know if he was a relative. We found out that because this vehicle was certified pre-owned he was getting almost no commission on the deal.

If this is the way he works for his customers when he getting almost no commission, imagine what he would do for you in a normal situation! When you go in to the dealership ask for Tim YOU WONT BE SORRY.

To the management:
I wish you had about 20 more like this man. I expect to see him running the place within 5 years. Thank you for hiring such a conscientious young man. He makes buying a car am amazing experience.

This past weekend we returned our leased vehicle, Jeep Wrangler Unlimited to Rt 4 Chrysler/Jeep of Paramus and leased a new Jeep Grand Cherokee 2015. We had a great experience when we leased that vehicle from Mita 39 months ago.

Our salesman/leasing agent for this weekend, Carlos Belaunde was very helpful in getting us an extremely fair price on the 2015 Grand Cherokee. Carlos was professional and no hassle. We look forward to enjoying our new car and will definitely come back to see Carlos in 3 years for another lease vehicle.
Also Augie the finance guy and Kikki were very helpful and professional.

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I cannot tell you how amazing these people were, Amma Islam and Jose Bustamante to be exact! I highly recommend asking for either one of them. They were very patient and understanding in working something out to fit our budget. They did every possible thing they could just to make us happy and get us the deal we wanted and in the end they did! I'm so warmed by them both and will definitely be coming back and referring to them! Extremely personable and very professional. Please check them out!

Gabriel Fuentes is a great salesman to deal with. Highly recommend working with him! He listened to what I wanted, and found me a vehicle that worked for me. I am LOVING my new car!
