Good pizza place and non-veg is Halal as well

They sent me a pizza that clearly was dropped while in transit with pizza on one side and toppings all in a corner. I made a complaint about the quality of the pizza delivered. The general manager called me from the store and offered a quality guarantee for a free pizza next time.

Today when i called to redeem that, he said there is no such thing on my account and behaved really unprofessionally. Also, he handed the phone over to a customer who yelled at me and hung up.

Fast service. Usually use the pick up for best prices. The app and the website work great.

I used to eat there, but not anymore. 1) People smoking right next to the door, and when somebody opens the door, the smoke comes inside. 2) Too expensive. It had a good price when they opened the business few years ago. Then, they raised the prices. I was not happy. 3) They never have the personal pizza, which is the most cheap, and still expensive. 4) Poor customer service. I used to place a pick up order for a personal pizza and good thing I asked for the price. They told me (over the phone) a really high price. So I asked them what size is it and they told me that is small. Then I asked them if they have a personal pizza and they say they dont have it. Why they did not told me that at the beginning? And they don't even apologize. In another occasion, I call them in advance for a pick up order and they where kind of rude and exactly the same thing happened. The only positive thing is that the pizza is not bad, but is too small and expensive, plus they take forever to make it, and since the pizza just came out from the oven, is super hot and I have to wait like another 10 minutes to let it cool down.

The guy working at the register was so nice! Pleasant and what a great smile!!! Food was great like always!
