Rude waitresses and bland food.

There was a huge language barrier with one of the waitresses. She mainly spoke Spanish and her English was heavily accented, making it difficult to understand her. I normally would be ok with this, but her lack of English only made her angrier.

The food arrived late. One customer came in later than me, and got his food first. I didn't get my food until I went back to the counter to follow up. Then they started making it. The food was bland and hastily made. It was steak and lettuce on bread. That was it. Completely different than what was suggested on their menu.

My money would have been better spent giving to charity, instead. Not worth your time/money here.

Love this place! Especially for breakfast, their mangu and avena is so delicious !

This restaurant is a sham and should be ashame of them selves. Charging you for low quality food. I have tasted Carribbean food and their food is bland . The ox tails, beans and bake chicken are not worth what their listed price especially if you get them separately. They try to charge you more if you do not order their tasteless rice & beans. Sad... Save yourselves and eat elsewhere, this place is not worth your time and most deffinately not your hard earn money. However, if you are into eating blan foods then bon apatite! Remember you get what you pay for!
I had the oxtails(mostly bones), pollo(a little dry) & beans both red and black and besides being just ok, the food is a bit over priced. They should either increase the quantity/serving amounts and season their food a little more or lower their prices. FYI do not ask for oxtails only. I did and was told I had to order something else with it. So they lost a sale that day! I went back on another day and was told I had to pay extra if I only wanted oxtails(again, mostly juice and bones). In spite of that experience the servers seem ok.

Waitresses/ Servers are ALWAYS EXTREMELY RUDE AND NASTY. They advertise that they open at 7a.m. but the woman that opens is always late and they never have the food ready. They leave their customers waiting outside long after 7 while they prepare tables LATE; so their advertisement is FALSE and they drop there tops and covers to food containers on their dusty floor and then still place them on top of your food. One woman specifically HATES her job and brings her personal problems to work; comes to work crying, blood shot eyes and with a stinky attitude.

Its really a shame because the food is actually decent!

I love the ladies in there. Barbra is so nice. And the food is always good with old style ordering
