I can't describe how satisfied my wife and I are about PC Richards of Bayside. A very special shout out goes to sales rep Mario.

On Friday morning (temp outside 22 deg.) our refrigerator died and by 7:30 am Saturday we had a new one.

Here's the details: After several phone calls to big box stores (very slow and confused responses), an on-line search (days to deliver), I called the Bayside PC Richards store. Immediately I was connected to Mario who took my info and said a NEXT DAY DELIVERY was possible. We arrived at the store, did the deal (no pressure, great price, amazing delivery time) and by Saturday morning we were back in business.

Again, Mario really was wonderful to work with.

I also have to thank the receptionist and the two deliverymen, who did a great job. They delivered the new and took away the old plus all shipping material.

I just bought a microwave from here.. loved the service..
not only did they give me a great price but since the microwave was not available at the store, Eric Chandler was so sweet he personally went to pick it up from a different location.
Look for Eric Chandler when you go to the store...I'm sure he'll go out of his way to help you..

Came to the store to buy a TV and was helped by Allan - he made the experience incredibly simple, answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable. Going in to the store I wasn't too sure what I was looking for, but with Allan's help I found exactly the TV perfect for my needs and now love it. Allan was not pushy in any way and let me take my time and decide before buying anything. Overall, my experience purchasing at this store was great thanks to him. 6 Stars!

I walked into the Bayside location needing an item I knew nothing about. Sales associate Barrie Clark was able to answer all my questions and find me what I needed. Not only did he give me a great price but he also was able to locate the item for me in a near by store. His product knowledge and customer service skills helped me extremely. Barrie went above and beyond and I will be sure to return for future purchases.
