this store really scam and financial people is very bad, because him say bank approve my financial (bad credit) and we alreaday sign the paper and him let me take the car but you knew him call back again ask me bring pay stub and if i no cooperative with him,him ask the person in store take back our car??we already sign paper and him let us take the car usually already finish the problem with him right now we have problem with bank but him say no yet with back and him have power for stop registration our car, usually we already sign contract .if people already sign contract and him let us take the car usually already finish so just waiting deal with bank but this no ,him still call me ask me this and that and ask me bring this and that ,my question if bank no yet approved why you give ask sign the lease and let us bring and take the car??.after that him say with me i must listen him and pick up him call and if cant pick up i must return him call.i tell him, i cant pick up because i single mom and with four kids and my kids have bad asthma and allergy nobody family or parents help me and im sigle mom working par time with cash salary and him i don't care this your personal problem .what people him working in nisan dealer in bayside??and him tell me him or store no get benefit anything!!this benefit only for me i get the car so him already nice help me.my question i pay the car i pay interest to and i must pay bank fee to because my credit bad for approved the loan i must pay fee 1250. so what benefit i get ??i pay the car no get free so what benefit i get??
and the first think before i sign the lease im already tell the financial people my salary pay cash because im working partime at restaurant and the owner pay me cash ,him say before we sign the contract is ok ,him can help me.but today him tell me i no pay tax so i must listen him and do what him tell me if no my car him take back??my question im working partime at restaurant get cash but i have other job at home and report tax 1099 .this my personal problem what him tell me like im bad person and liar with goverment.??and him tell me i cant buy car if no in this dealer or in this world united stated because my credit is really bad and only him can help me ,so imust cooperative and listen him.
i really get bad experienced with this dealer ..can somebody help me what i must do with my choise??
1. give back the car and take my money without single little money gone
2. or call the lawyer and sue this dealer and person deal with me??

This dealer is a total scam. Went to see a car to find that it was in bad condition and hidden away. When I asked the sales person if this car was ever in an accident; he said no and that they never take cars that have been in an accident. I repeatedly asked him for the carfax (because let's be real, how can you ever trust these dealers) only to find that he was hesitant on showing it to me. Why would a car that is supposedly in good condition without any accidents be out of the public's eye? It was only after I came home did I see that this car was involved in accident. What lying scumbags.
