- Very Good #53575

Very slow checkout process with only 10 people in line in front of us and 6 cashiers. Took little time to do our online return, but had to mail a check in 2-4 weeks instead of store credit. Very un-seemless - get with the times.

Their clothes and prices are awesome so still have to give a 4 star rating.

The BEST Old Navy Store I have ever been in--and I have been in at least twenty, in 5 different states. I have complimented the manager of this store b/c she runs a great place. I refuse to go to the Old Navy store 3 miles away in Garden State Plaza anymore--the staff is rude, the store is dirty, and clothes are all over the floor. Paramus Park Old Navy is simply the best and I shop there at least 2x per month.
