Fancy store.. Too expensive

I liked the Children's Dept, I found a lovely gift for my Grandaughter.

Horrible place do not shop here. They charged me five times for a designer handbag I was purchasing as a xmas gift, they were very rude and told me I was declined even though I looked up my account and saw that they ran my card five times which put a hold on the amount of my purchase times five. They proceeded to tell me it did not go thru that i needed to sort it out with my bank. It took over a week to get this resolved with my bank while neiman marcus had my money wrapped up in their holding company. The manager said they were sorry and offered me a gift card to rectify the situation. I gave the gift card to my wife and when she went to use it there was nothing on it. Most of the sales people here are rude and condescending. Dont shop here.
