Good quality Italian style pastries

I used to always order cakes from here, but every time something is wrong with my order. For my wedding my cake was not supported right and the cake almost toppled over during the reception (It was a 7 tier cake, they probably dont have the experience to make such large cakes I realize that now) for my birthday every year something is wrong, one year they spelled my name wrong, another year the carmel filling I requested tasted so horrible that no one ate it and I threw it out. For our first anniversary we ordered the cake and the fondant of the cake was sticking to the box and they lady tried to fix it but it was impossible, yet I got no discount of compensation. Every time I forgive them and still give them my business only to be disappointed.
