I took 2 suit pants and a many dress shirts. The shirts were returned slightly wrinkled and ALL the collars were pressed incorrectly (giving them a flying nun effect). Once I noticed the problem with the shirts, I closely inspected the pants. THEY WERE NOT CLEANED, just pressed. The pants still smelled. I've had similar problems from many local cleaners. Use a place that does cleaning on site, and make sure you let them know you will be checking. Call 311 if you suspect fraud.
On the upside... the lady behind the counter here is very nice.
