M & L French Dry Cleaners

My husband forgot to take his suit to the tailor and get it ready for our wedding, so on the day of our wedding he was able to get it done there and received it 2 hrs later tailored and dry cleaned! It was nicely done! I have gone constantly and never had a problem! Definitely recommend this place.

Really bad experience with this dry cleaners. Reminding others who want to go there, check this review first and think twice. Let me tell you why.

On 09/12, I left my blue shirt there for dry clean. I just bought this blue shirt from Macy's two weeks ago. Last week at work, there is a tiny drop of coffee on the edge of the cuff (really small, hard to see by eyes). But I still want to remove it because I really love this shirt. So I went there.

But the next day on 09/13, I took the shirt back home in the morning and did not check it when I first took it. I never opened the bag until the evening. I wanted to wear the blue shirt to work the next day. But when I took it out, I was shocked. There is a huge stains around the cuff. So the next day on 09/14 I went back and gave the clothes back.

At first, she was nice and told me to took it the day after tomorrow. But on 09/16 when I went back, she just told me she could not clean it and she said it is my responsibility not her's to that stains. I was shocked again and tried to be reasonable to discuss with her how to deal with this stains. She then become very angry and told me "It was just 2.75, do not come back again", "we only receive the clothes and clean it, it is not my responsibility to make sure it was cleaned", "do not argue with me", "time is money, get out". Oh, god, how could she said these things to me.

This blue shirt costs me $92. I only wear it three times. Now it is destroyed by the stain. I felt really sad.

I want to write this review to remind you guys never tried dry cleaning there.
