I was having a great time until I called the front desk and Fabio very unfriendly , sarcastic attitude. Is not what you is how you say it and Iam very very disappointed of the customer service. Left a message for the manager Kaitlyn Cappa and I wasn't call back -0

Spacious rooms with all the amenities of home. Breakfast wasn't the greatest. Mainly precooked packaged breakfast sandwiches but the 24/7 coffee was good.

I have stayed here a few times already and it is 0ne of my fav propertys by hilton.
the rooms are great with full kitchens, the staff is top notch, and the over all facility is great. great views of manhattan and the 59 st bridge. great breakfast. and its a short walk to the subway which will have you i9n manhattan inb 3 stops max.

We were visiting NYC for 5 days. This Hotel was more than great. 1 min from the subway (and I really mean one min), the room is very nice, the people that working there are very friendly and taking care. Far from the mess of Manhattan but still 3 Subway stops from the heart of the city. The breakfast (for the american standart) is ok.. the only thing that I would change, is to make it till 10:30 in the middle of the week so the place won't be so busy.. it was hard to find a free table and it was too load.. but still it was great and friendly. I definitely recommend!.
