Well the website says airport shuttles when there isn't one.. The elevator smells like pot they told us we could get a van to and from the subway station but the lady was just sitting behind the desk asleep.. So yea idk

Rooms were okay. Fairly small. No mini fridge. Parking is $27 a day, which seems excessive for the area it's in. Easy access to the 7 route. Less than a half mile walk and 15 min subway ride into Manhattan. Great views if your facing the water. Nicer area. Located right in between the Queens Midtown tunnel and the Queensboro bridge.
I rented a car to get to the hotel, but easy subway ride from JFK and probably LaGuardia too.
All and all, decent for the price. Next time I will be spending a little more and staying in Midtown somewhere, just for the convenience.

Great Shuttle van service to get you to the train into Manhattan & back to the hotel!! Really good breakfast comped! Nice comfy clean and cozy rooms!!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, don't go here! I would give this zero stars, if I could. Terrible, disrespectful manager. Horrible service. Couldn't close an eye. At night they have trucks coming in and out of the drive way all night long. As the trucks back up, they are constantly beeping, the guys are loud and music is playing. Once one truck is gone and you are just about to sleep again the next one arrives. There are so many better hotels in Long Island CIty. DON'T GO HERE!!!!
