Hotel is in great condition. 3 restaurants, conference center, business center, and nice fitness center. Rooms are also very well maintained.

Staff at reception absolutely fabulous. Nothing a problem, they very helpful. Would recommend staying here to anyone going to New York. Easy access to subway, would recommend buying weekly ticket. This chosen by someone who visit New York previously but I wanted Times square, his recommendation much better. Loved it and would stay again.
