Great place. Friendly staff, fast cooking, all-day super cheap lunch special.
I got tofu mixed vegetables with rice for $7. Pretty much unbeatable. A meal and a half.
The food was pretty bland so get soy sauce and ask them to perhaps make it spicy.
There are a couple tables for you to eat in.

Pretty decent compared with all the other hole in the wall type take out Chinese places. Stick with the basics like shrimp with mixed veggies or the fried chicken w/fried rice combo.
