OMG. I prefer the Tropical Grill on 127th & 7th Ave. The chicken is seasoned well. The plantains are sometimes overcooked or to greasy, otherwise the price for a excellent Spanish meal worth every dime. :-)

I had to work around the corner for a few weeks and this turned out to be my most visited spot. Their red beans and rice are great with any selection of meat. Good curried goat, good carne, good chicken. Highly recommended, tho seating is limited.

They never answer the phone, you have to call atleast 2-3 times before someone answer. When they finally answer the phone they have you on hold for 3-5 mins before they let you place your order. I placed an order which is 5 blocks away and it took them an hour and a half to deliver my food. I rather just walk in to get my food rather wait a hour and a half !
