Bagels tasted bland and the place was packed with screaming kids, there were bits of bagels and cookies on the ground. DO NOT GO THERE DISGUSTING FOOD!!!

The service and attitude that I received from the employes at Greenvale Bagels across from the Dunkin Donuts on Glen Cove Road at 6:50am on Thursday, January 30, 2014 was incompetent and disrespectful. I watched one of the male employees make my bagel incorrectly and when I reminded him that it was not what I ordered he told me that he already made it and couldn't toast it. I again reminded him that I ordered two mini bagels, scooped out & toasted- one with cream cheese and one with butter. The female employees that were working as well preceded to give me attitude. It was an unpleasant experience and I will not be returning.

I go in there on my lunch break for a bacon egg and cheese sandwich and they tell me the grills closed?? Never going there again.
