This Best Buy is the real bullshit.... When someone opened up a item by mistake they made you pay for it and won't let you keep the opened item. The point is they were acting really rude, even the manager.

I've been shopping at Best Buy for years now, I do my research before buying something and have them price match. Normally, the customer service is good, but here at this one it's hit or miss. Recently, there have been a few times where I'd stand around trying to find someone to help me get a product, the employees that were stocking aisles would say it's not their department and point me into a different direction without trying to get someone for me. It's beyond frustrating, but there are some good employees there as well.

I've been many Best Buys, but I've never seen costumer service same as queens mall Best Buy's. I was gonna buy A computer and a Loptoo as a Christmas gifts for my younger brothers but that costumer service ugh can't explain, I would say u guys better go somewhere else !!!

Close to other stores such as traget, macy's, sears and jc penny. Good customer service. Limited display items tho.

They're very gamer friendly. Lots of midnight launches. This one time they helped me track down a television in Florida and I made my purchase here in New York. I'll never forget it. My favorite Best Buy here in New York
