This review is for Stephanie!! She is amazing. So patient, thorough, and helpful. She made our Christmas special! We came to switch our plan from T-Mobile and add an extra line (super last minute of us, we got my brother a phone for xmas). She explained everything and helped us to back up the phones, explained the switching process etc. We got four phones total and she hooked us up with screen protectors and cases! All in all superb customer service.

After a super long hard day I walked into this Sprint and Bhavin and Sodabeh completely took care of me. Bhavin was quick and efficient and Sodabeh served to answer all questions and Bhavin made sure everything was working properly. The teamwork was very refreshing and I felt like a Princess. I would recommend a switch to anyone and send them straight to this location for very rare amazing customer service!!!

This store no longer has a tech/repair department. Sales only. And the employees are completely incompetent. Unfamiliar with the product line, promotions, and Sprint procedures in general. This is just an authorized retailer, not a Sprint store only, so the quality of employees is reflected in that.

The store itself is rundown, completely out of date with minimal display phones and overpriced accessories. It is buried by a side entrance to the mall, and out of the way. I'd rather try to deal with my issue online than deal with these socially awkward, LAZY, mentally inferior employees.

Best store ever! Techs work very fast although they are always busy. Both of them are very friendly and helpful. Best sprint store i ever went to!
