- Poor #61530

Customer be ware! They quoted a price to install my cable/tv, when they arrived they said the TV needed a welding that could only be done at the shop, so they quoted a price and took the TV to the shop. Then they wanted to charge me an additional fee for to bring the TV back to my house and install. End of story? We paid and our TV is still not installed.

- Terrible #61531

technicians and management both are liars and they dont know what they doing. they came to my house checked my tv and told me power problem n have to change the power unit and billed me 450 usd, Later i updated the tv software which took 2 mins and a flash drive , the tv works perfectly, when i called the manager to ask him stop the order he just hang up on me. BEWARE these guys are real FRAUDS they will speak to each other in chinese so we dont understand and rip you off. Please DONT TRUST THIS COMPANY.
