Had me wait for 20 minutes girl with the moles on her face completely ignored me when I talked to her. This is Zales not a garbage store pick better employees.

I knew exactly what charm i wanted and i went into the store to get it and without even asking how they can they help me or anything. They were just on the computer and had the nerve to say they were looking after customers!!!

stoes does not open at 10 on sundays opens at 11.I was not too happy waiting an hour for store to open.

I went to Zales in Roosevelt Field Mall and the service was horrible!! 4 sales people working at the time, helping other customers, which is fine, but at least greet a customer that walks in! I was waiting for at least 20 minutes and 2 of the sales people helped customers that walked in AFTER me knowing that I was waiting patiently!
Very poor display of customer service!!!!
