I ordered a talking thir build a bear because all the stores near me stopped selling them. I recieved it in a timely manner and recieved all the accessories he was supposed to come with. Overall they did a good job but i give this 2 stars at best because the bear is already falling apart straight from the box. The arms and legs arent fully sewen on with visible openings where the limbs should be securely attached. I have purchased things in the past from them at the store with no problems. I would recomend any purchases be done in store so that you can inspect before purchasing.

I go there every year and love it.It makes me see a wonderful bear come alive.The staff helps me so much and so kind even on the phone and makes me feel at home doing this. I started since I was young .I hope you enjoy it too.

it was really fun but when the days are close to holidays it gets hard to find a parking space. Me and my friends went there and it was so fun to chose your own outfits and accessories, while I was there the staff treated me and my friends kindly and answered our questions fully. I also advise you to get ready to spend a lot of money on this shop, the clothing is a tad bit pricey in my opinion.
