Stressful environment and no care for yogi clients. Management is terrible (often making you late for a class to sell you memberships). This studio is very much about the money, less about a mental escape and healthy practice.

This is a beautiful, clean yoga studio with a wide range of varied classes, including non-yoga ones such as Scultpworks and BarWorks. The instructors are very engaged, providing appropriate alignment corrections and fully explaining how each exercise should be performed.
My main dissatisfaction with the studio is their mat policy. You have to bring your own mat for every class and if you would like to store it you have to do so for 6 months at minimum. For someone in the city for the summer only, this was highly inconvenient.

I have never been so happy to be in so much pain. Take the advanced classes and embrace having your ass kicked (into shape). I love rigorous yoga and this place does it best.
The studio is very convient and the space is huge, modern and warm feeling. Friendly people and plenty of hot tea, complete the good vibes.
